I am a researcher, writer, speaker and psychotherapist. I have over 25 years of experience working in the field of Mental Health, including 15 years in private practice. My unique background, training and knowledge combine with warmth, humor and optimism to create a satisfying results-oriented therapeutic relationship.

I am a psychotherapist, mindfulness coach, and foodie out of Davis County, Utah. I am passionate about trauma work, mind and body connection, and the power of acceptance. I use several different modalities in my practice including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and ACT.

 I have profound respect for your individual identities, your diverse mind and body, and your right to self-determination. You’ll find my strengths as a therapist are in facilitating an exploration of self where you will be put in the driver’s seat of your own therapeutic journey. Sounds scary… It is a little scary. My biggest passions are people, healthy love, and connection. I have been in the world of Family Life Education as a private practitioner, relationship educator, and guest speaker over the past six years. My goal and purpose is to educate and empower you to cultivate deep wellness in your relationships with others, and within yourself.
